“Voices of Hope”

Local Theatre Company Displace Yourself are launching their ‘Voices of Hope’ project this week.
It’s a fantastic opportunity for those with refugee status or those seeking asylum to come together online, be creative and have their voices heard. This is Born in Bradford but without borders, inviting people from all over the world to join in. The result will be an inspirational sound piece created from the collection of Voices.
“Wherever you are right now, whatever you are experiencing, Displace Yourself invite you to join this exciting new project exploring the things that bring us joy! We are hosting online creative sessions where they will gather together to sing, write, tell stories and dance to live music. Together we will create a sound journey celebrating what makes us happy and then share it with the world! A reminder that no matter what is going on, when we come together there is possibility, potential and even hope. This is an open invitation to anyone who likes to get creative and try something new, enjoys collaborating with others and is interested in spreading a bit of joy.”
Sanctuary Seekers and non Sanctuary Seekers are welcome.
